Yes. All obsidian butterfly candles are hand poured in small batches.

Are your body products skin safe?

Yes. Our body oils and sprays are made with skin safe fragrance walls. As with all personal care products, we recommend a patch test before use.

Subscriptions

How do your subscriptions work?

You can't subscribe to one product or multiple product products. Subscribe items are built monthly and shipped together.

Can I change my subscription?

Yes. You can add, remove, swap, pause, or skip items at any time through your customer service account.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You may cancel at any time through your account before your next billing date.

What is Build Your Own Spa Box?

Build your own spa box allows you to bundle any products you choose into one monthly subscription with one charge and one shipment.

Do I need to choose a base product?

No. You may subscribe to any combination of products you like.

Returns and issues

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products, all cells are final. If your order arrives damage, please contact us within 48 hours.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us with photos of the damage item, and we will make it right.
